Dr. Jeremy Simon is a physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist.  He graduated with a BS in chemistry from Muhlenberg College in Allentown, PA.  Dr. Simon completed medical school and residency at Thomas Jefferson University.  Subsequently, he did a fellowship with orthopaedic and spine specialists under the guidance of Dr. Michael Furman in York, PA.
Dr. Simon is board certified in pain management and physical medicine and rehabilitation.  He is a published physician who maintains memberships in the American Association of Interventional Spine Physicians, North American Spine Society, International Spine Intervention Society, and the Physiatric Association of Spine, Sports and Occupational Rehabilitation.
Dr. Simon sees patients at the Rothman Institute's Northeast Philadelphia location.
