Jeffrey A. Rihn, M.D.

Dr. Rihn is an assistant professor of spine surgery at Thomas Jefferson University He earned his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was inducted into the AOA honors society. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and his fellowship in spine surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and The Rothman Institute.

Throughout his training, Dr. Rihn received a number of awards for his research on spinal deformity and degenerative conditions of the cervical and lumbar spine. During his orthopaedic training, he served as team physician for the Men's Soccer team at Duquesne University from 2003-2007.

Dr. Rihn is a published physician who has authored dozens of scientific papers and numerous book chapters on a variety of orthopaedic topics, and has served as associate editor for a surgical orthopaedic textbook. He has presented his research internationally at a number of orthopaedic meetings. Dr. Rihn is a member of several professional societies, including the
American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

King of Prussia and Media, PA locations.
