Alvin Ong, M.D.
Dr. Ong is a Joint Specialist at the Rothman Institute and a Clinical Instructor at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Ong has conducted several research projects on joint replacements and trauma.
Dr. Ong graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania and attended the State University of New York (SUNY) Stony Brook School of Medicine. Dr. Ong completed his residency training in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania, serving as Academic Chief. He has also completed an orthopaedic trauma fellowship at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC and a fellowship in Hip and Knee Replacement at the Rothman Institute.
Dr. Ong sees patients at the Rothman Institute's office in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. Patients of Dr. Ong will also have interaction with his Physician Assistant Bob Raspa.
