Directions from the Pennsylvania Suburbs, Delaware and New Jersey

Schuylkill Expressway (Route 76)From the East

Follow Route 76 West to I-476 (Blue Route).  Take exit onto I-476 South (exit left off expressway, exit #331A).  Follow I-476 South to Exit 13 (Villanova/St. Davids).  Take Route 30, Lancaster Avenue West for approximately 5 miles.  You will pass the intersection of Waterloo Road (TD Bank on left).  Devon Manor will be ½ block past intersection on the right.  Use the 2^nd entrance for Devon Manor.  The office will be to the right once you enter the parking lot.

Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76) From the East

Take PA Turnpike West to Exit 25A and follow signs for I-476 South (Blue Route).  Follow I-476 South to Exit 13 (St. Davids/Villanova).  Make left at end of the exit ramp.  Take Route 30/Lancaster Avenue West for approximately 5 miles.  Pass the intersection of Waterloo Road (TD Bank on left).  Devon Manor will be ½ block past intersection on the right.  Use the 2^nd entrance for Devon Manor.  The office will be to the right once you enter the parking lot.

Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-76) From the West

Take PA Turnpike East to Exit 24, Valley Forge.  Go through the toll booths and exit onto Route 202 South.  Follow 202 South for approximately ¼ mile and stay to the right initially.  Follow sign for Swedesford Road exit.  Take Swedesford Road exit – at the light at end of ramp make left onto Swedesford Road.  At the 2^nd traffic light, make a left onto Old Eagle School Road.  Stay on Old Eagle School Road to Route 30 (Lancaster Avenue).  Turn right.  Pass the intersection of Waterloo Road (TD Bank on left).  Devon Manor will be ½ block past intersection on the right.  Use the 2^nd entrance for Devon Manor.  The office will be to the right once you enter the parking lot.

From Paoli area

Follow Lancaster Avenue (Route 30) eastbound.  Devon Manor will be on the left.  Use the 1^st entrance for Devon Manor.  The office will be to the right once you enter the parking lot.

From Delaware and Points South

Take Route 202 North to Devon Park Drive exit.  Make a right at the end of the exit ramp onto Devon Park Drive.  Take next light and make a left onto Old Eagle School Road.  Follow Old Eagle School Road to Lancaster Avenue.  Make a right onto Lancaster Avenue.  Pass intersection of Waterloo Road (TD Bank on left).  Devon Manor will be ½ block past intersection on the right.  Use the 2^nd entrance for Devon Manor.  The office will be to the right once you enter the parking lot.

Route 422 – From West

Follow Route 422 East to end – stay in the right lane for the Swedesford Road Exit.  Make a right at the light at end of exit ramp onto Swedesford Road.  At first light make a right onto Old Eagle School Road.  Stay on Old Eagle School Road to Route 30 (Lancaster Avenue).  Turn right onto Route 30.  Pass intersection of Waterloo Road (TD Bank on left).  Devon Manor will be ½ block past intersection on the right.  Use the 2^nd entrance for Devon Manor.  The office will be to the right once you enter the parking lot.

Directions from the New Jersey Bridges

Betsy Ross, Tacony-Palmyra and Benjamin Franklin Bridges

After crossing into PA, follow signs for I-95 South.  Take I-95 South to I-476 North.  Take I-476 North to Exit 13 (Villanova/St. Davids).  Make a left at the end of the ramp onto Route 30 West (Lancaster Avenue).  Follow for approximately 5 miles.  Pass intersection of Waterloo Road (TD Bank on left).  Devon Manor will be ½ block past intersection on the right.  Use the 2^nd entrance for Devon Manor.  The office will be to the right once you enter the parking lot.
