Jamal Ahmad, M.D.

Dr. Ahmad provides orthopaedic foot and ankle surgical care to patients. Unique procedures that he performs include ankle arthroscopy, trauma care, and joint reconstruction.
Many of these procedures involve the most current surgical advances and minimally invasive techniques when possible. “I treat all of my patients as I would treat myself. I work hard to provide my patients with the best possible results,” said Dr. Ahmad.
Dr. Ahmad completed his orthopaedic surgical residency in 2005 at State University of New York– Downstate. After this, he performed a 1-year orthopaedic foot and ankle surgical fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Ahmad has authored many book chapters and journal articles. He has also presented clinical research at many national meetings.
